#NotFormalTeacher: the project’s philosophy

#NotFormalTeaher is a training system that has the objective of examining different elements that naturally interact with each other and highlight the evolution of the whole that we call TEACHING.
Everyone talks about how complex it is to teach in schools today, it implicitly presupposes being projected into an unknown future, giving light to the dark without really knowing what a kid will be able to meet in their path of growing.

It has always been difficult guiding the new generations, today even more so simply because the change is faster, so fast that we find ourselves much more often chasing it to arrive on time without being prepared over time.
Something that no one talks about is how the preparation and especially the creation of a virtuous system can lead to a surprisingly effective evolutionary thrust. Modifying, perfecting, improving the functioning of each gear allows to increase the productive velocity of the machine. Creating a structural change and initiating a transformation of education means modifying together the vision.

Let’s try for example to break away from the roles, let’s try to stop thinking about the division of tasks based on the role that each individual plays in the world of teaching: principal, teacher, support teacher, educator, professor, parent. Let’s try to identify the three big gears that make the system go: the ME, the OTHERS, the PRACTICING.

L’Orma was created in the year 2000 and after 18 years has chosen to give strength to that that considers its greatest values: the practice of educational methodologies on which it has studied and done research. This work, which today finds its recognition within non-formal education, is being positioned as a path of integration and support for all the teachers who have chosen to govern educational evolution to improve the quality of their daily life and that of one’s own working contexts.

In out FORMATIVE SYSTEM, the practice guarantees to experience the innovative ways of living the MYSELF and the OTHERS within real life.
In the path of advancement within our TRAINING SYSTEM you will meet practical exercises for the application of concepts, do exercises, attend demonstrations, share experiences with other colleagues.
